Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2, 2026

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Content Jams ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you request an invite to a Content Jam and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

  • Name and email address you submit through the registration form.
  • Optional phone number if you choose to provide one after opting in.
  • Technical data such as IP address, user agent, referring URL, and click identifiers (for example the Facebook fbclid parameter and the _fbp cookie) used to measure ad performance.

3. How we use your information

  • To contact you about the Content Jam you registered for.
  • To send occasional related updates, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including sharing hashed identifiers with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.

4. Advertising, cookies, and Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to understand how our ads perform and to show relevant content to people who may be interested in Content Jams. When you submit the form, we send hashed versions of your email, name, and (if provided) phone number to Meta along with event data such as the page URL, user agent, and click identifiers. Data is hashed using SHA-256 before it leaves our server, in line with Meta's Business Tools Terms.

You can control tracking through your browser cookie settings and through your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Learn more in Meta's Data Policy.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate this site and our advertising, including Meta Platforms, Inc. and our email service provider. These providers are only permitted to use your data to provide services to us.

6. Retention

We retain registration information for as long as needed to run our Content Jams and related communications, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us at the address below.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
