By using this site or registering for a Content Jam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What Content Jams provides
Content Jams offers guided 90-minute working sessions designed to help you produce a finished piece of content. Specific dates, formats, and availability are announced by email after you register.
3. Registration
You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your registration.
4. Communications
By submitting the registration form, you agree to receive emails about your Content Jam and related updates. If you provide a phone number, you also agree to receive occasional text messages about upcoming jams. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Message and data rates may apply.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you create during a Content Jam. The site, brand, process, prompts, and materials we provide are owned by Content Jams and may not be copied or resold without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit harmful code, or attempt to disrupt the service.
7. Third-party services
This site uses third-party services, including Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer
The site and any related sessions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business or content outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content Jams and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in a Content Jam.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
